By accessing and using TEMessenger, dedicated for the users using Traffic Exchange sites, you agree to abide by these terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

Your Interactions with other users
Please treat all users with respect. Do not verbally abuse, attack, embarrass, or threaten anyone else in the chat rooms, no matter what they might have said to you. Do not use obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit language. You would not use this kind of language in a face to face classroom so do not do it in TEMessengers chat rooms.
As the saying goes
Treat others the same way that you would expect to be treated”.

Personal Information.
Do not share personal information about yourself or others (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) in the Open4All chat room. If you wish to pass on sensitive information about yourself, start a Private Message with that person. Do not pass on personal information about other users to other users of TEMessenger and respect the privacy of other users, do not disclose private conversations without their consent.

Content you share in rooms.
All content shared in the Open4All Chat Groups must be appropriate for all users.
No explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
You retain the rights to any original content you share, but by posting in the chat room, you are granting a non-exclusive license for others to use, reproduce, and display unless clearly stated that your content is protected by Copyright Laws.

Chat Room Moderators
ALL TE Site Owners have the right to enforce these rules and guidelines without hesitation when online at the same time should a violation of these terms be seen by them. They have the ability to warn or ban users who violate these terms.

Users may appeal any actions taken by moderators by contacting TEMessengers Support, detailing the reasons why you feel the action against you was unjust.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour and this was not picked up by a Moderator, please copy and paste the conversation into the TEMessengers Support group for investigation.

Disclaimer

The chat room administrators, moderators are not responsible for your not being able to access the system 24/7. If technical issues occur at the server centre that TEMessenger is ran from, these will be dealt with asap, if your internet service is restricting access or your connection to the web is interrupted, you need to contact your service providers support for assistance.
TEMessenger does not guarantee in any way, that by using the Messenger service, you will see an influx of potential new clients signing up, buying your items or wanting to be friends. TEMessenger is a place for all users of Traffic Exchange sites to come together and stay in the “Know” of what’s on offer or occurring at the TEMessenger Endorsing sites.

Users participate at their own risk by using TEMessenger. TEMessenger has limited for users protection the ability to attach most file types. If you wish to send someone an attachment, please use your emailing system.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The European Media Freedom Act(DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

These terms may be updated periodically. Users can see the last date that these terms where updated at the top of this screen. By continuing to use TEMessenger, this indicates acceptance of any updated terms. If you disagree with our Terms or Privacy Policy, please do not register or delete your account if already registered.
